OneClickIT SurplusFunds is an end-to-end training and operations platform for the surplus-funds recovery business. When a property is sold at a tax or mortgage foreclosure auction for more than the debt owed, the leftover money — the surplus — legally belongs to the previous owner. In practice, that money sits in county accounts for months or years because owners never realize it's there. Our platform teaches recovery professionals how to find those funds, locate the rightful claimant, and shepherd a legally compliant claim through to a paid check.
We built this for two kinds of people. The first is the new recovery agent — someone who's heard about surplus funds, wants a real business, and needs structured schooling, county-by-county playbooks, and tooling that doesn't fall over the moment they pick up their first lead. The second is the experienced operator who's tired of duct-taping spreadsheets, skip-trace credits, and PDF agreements together — and wants one system that runs research, claim management, owner outreach, signing, and submission in a single workspace.
Inside the app you'll find a full curriculum in the Learn section, deep county playbooks, a Lead Finder for surplus opportunities, an OSINT Research Lab for locating owners, and a guided Workspace that walks each claim from research through paid. Everything connects: a lead becomes a claim, a claim launches an Enformion lookup, a verified contact becomes a claimant, an agreement gets sent for e-signature, and the system tracks deadlines and progress along the way.
